Early Termination of Tenancy

hmmm_teaSo we've just spoken to the landlord about terminating the tenancy early. Obviously, he wasn't thrilled, but I think he'll probably be reasonable about it and hopefully we can come to some arrangement to free us from the contract without causing them too much inconvenience.
He said he'd need to talk to his wife and the letting agent about it and would get back to us later in the week, so hopefully we might be able to sort this out soon and then I can look at moving back to London.
