Actually managed to do proper Thrales stepping at practice tonight (was pretty much all over the place up til then).

Whether I'll still be able to do it next time I try remains to be seen...

erm... don't know any terminology so will just have to explain it the best I can.

It's basically a tap step with a tap on the beat and 2 off it, except on the 4th when you pick your left foot and back level with your ankle.

and just to be awkward it's a left foot start...
