Was sorting out/cataloguing the Harpers Archive today and was somewhat amused by the numbering of the volumes:

1, ... 131, 130, 133, ... 140, 139, 142, 141, 144, 144, 143, 145, ... 165

(Yes, that is the correct order, I checked!)

at which point they obviously gave up numbering them as a bad job...

So, last night went up to C# for the Knees Up with Jabadaw and Cat Kelly (hmmm... haven't heard her call for a while...)

Was a bit taken a back when a random madman jumped off a bus at me as I was walking down Regents' Park Road. It turned out to be Hamish.

Ceilidh was good, bit sedate at the beginning due to the number of beginners there. Certainly picked up later on then.

Cat called pretty much the same set of dances as last week, which was a shame as it's nice to have variety. That said though, I think the overlap in the audiences of the 2 ceilidhs was only small (probably just me actually...).

Sometimes wonder if I'm a little too aggresive when I dance nowadays. Oh well, I suppose if I am someone will tell me at somepoint...

Hamish was telling me how much I'd changed since moving down to London and that I'm far more sociable now. Not sure I'd noticed that myself. I suppose I do feel a lot more confident nowadays then I used to, which probably makes a difference, but I wasn't aware of anything more than that.

Have been meaning to try out the swimming pool down the road ever since I moved here.

Went passed it on the bus yesterday and it's gone! :-(

Right learnt my lesson, should have gone when I first thought of it...

...can we have it back now? Pleeeeeeaaaaaasssseeeee....
