hmmm_teaOn the radio this morning:
They're already quite good at that aren't they? I'm sure I've already seen lots of Children articulate exactly what they mean using 1 or 2 of their fingers...
"Children should be encouraged to articulate using gestures"

Date: 2009-02-13 11:27 am (UTC)Though on a more serious note, studies have shown that hearing children who are taught sign language from a very young age generally have far fewer temper tantrums when they're little because a lot of the time the tantrums are caused ultimately by frustration from not having the words in their vocabulary to express themselves.
