Le Beaujolais n'est pas arrivé

So it was Beaujolais day yesterday when the 2008 Beaujolais Nouveau goes on sale.

We tried to see if we could get some to try at work and nowhere nearby had any (except a wine bar which was going to charge us £17 a bottle). Also had a quick look around when I got home and none here either.

A few places I deal with decided not to order any, including an importer. When they are pricing Nouveau at $18 a bottle they decided to stock some Village instead.
