hmmm_teaOK, have had op and it was much more straightforward then expected...
Forgot that medicine might have come on a bit since I was 16...
No stitches or anything this time. Should be dancing again in about 3 weeks time...
Turned out there wasn't a tear in the cartilage in the joint, but there were cartilage problems on the knee cap instead. They removed the worst bits, but left the rest thinking it better that I had a least some cartilage there! Hopefully that should sort things out, if not they'll sort out physio...
Have some good photos of the inside of my knee too...
