Molly Kit

Found a great shop for molly kit today. Rochester appears to have an oxfam entirely devoted to retro clothing.

Went a bought a replacement blouse for my kit (old one ripped and not overly keen on most of my spares). Love buying blouses for kit, as it gives the opportunity to see that look of shock horror on the shop assistants face when you ask to try them on.

However, the shop assistant in Rochester didn't even bat an eyelid...

Not sure what they says about Rochester really.

Think it says more about shop assistants than Rochester. When I worked in a shop we used to get men coming in and buying earrings & nighties all the time. When you ring things through the till you don't even really pay much attention to what it is, just that the price is correct, yet the number of men who used to hand stuff over and they say very loudly "It's not for me!" was quite amusing.

Men asking to try stuff on doesn't phase me either, we had a transvestite who used to come in quite frequently and I was often called upon to say if colours/styles suited. Possibly the shop assistant in Rochester was also used to a similar situation.
