Ignoring whether or not Branson can actually get it up.
OK, I don't know much about the workings of spacecraft, but they must produce serious amounts of carbon on their way up. Given the problems we've already got concerning the amount of carbon aircraft are putting into the atmosphere, is it really sensible to be sending these up for the sake of a gimic?
