Parking Tickets
Oct. 3rd, 2005 09:33 pmHad a discussion at lunchtime about a taxi letting someone out in a no-stopping area and the police issuing a ticket to the passenger who was getting out.
If you're in a taxi, who's responsible for where the taxi parks? Surely it must be the driver as they have overall control in this department?
